I have been in the fuel business for 24 years and have claimed the hills and went through the valleys that the government requires us to go through to insure public safety. I preformed all the tasks that were required for the 98 UST up grades in November of 97 and things were good.

Back in October of 07 when my tank linings were due to be inspected I made thirty or more phone calls to get pricing and a time line to get the job done.

Not only could I not find anyone to commit to the job, I could not even get pricing for the job for eight months. When I did get a response it was "our equipment is in the shop for two weeks and we will be back with you". Even local vendors said they would ---"get right on it"--- but nothing would happen.

When my back was against the wall I searched the internet and found TANK-TECH and at this point not only were all my questions answered but I had pricing and a time line within one work day.

On 8-21-08 I received a quote for the lining inspection and on 8-29-08 the job was done.

This was an outstanding response to my needs that I thought would be unanswered.

The reg's for [Georgia] are not that different from the rest of the states and Tank-Tech had all the info that was required.

The tech that was sent had all the knowledge needed to help me through the job and was very helpful with the standard questions -- the equipment was more than expected.

I feel sure without Tank-Tech's help and professionalism I would be calling a backhoe by now.
