Tom & his team identified a manufacturer defect in our tank, and I am pursuing reimbursement from the manufacturer for the repair. Your crew was very diligent in completing the work quickly, and they helped me understand the problems and documented the defect well in pictures - which should help with the warranty and hopes for reimbursement.

On a personal note, I haven't been operating the store long, and your crew was extremely polite around our business and very patient in explaining the things I needed to know. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing the same work.
